What to Expect at Camp :
We will be set up in the community garden classroom at Peaceful Belly Farm.
Every camp is three days long from 9 am -3 pm. We understand that these hours can be hard to accommodate for guardians who have jobs- email us and we can make arrangements on a time basis that works for you.
We will be making our lunch as a community for every camp. The kids will harvest prepare and serve lunch for themselves and for the farm crew every day. If your kiddo is really picky please send them with snacks they like so they don’t go hungry, but we would prefer that they eat what we prepare together as a way of building community.
We will get dirty! We are working outside in the garden, playing with mud, running in sprinklers, all the fun stuff. Make sure your kid wears movement-appropriate clothing that they could get wet or dirty.
If you have signed up, we will email you more info about what your kiddo will need what we will do each day and if you need to send them with each day.
LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE ANY MORE QUESTIONS!! EMAIL: community@polumbolum.org
