Water Bug Festival

Join us for a Mud Party as we celebrate the unsung heroes of nature – the bugs! These tiny creatures often go unnoticed but play such an important role in our world. We’ll have a special gallery showcasing the amazing bug sculptures created by the kids from the Stone Soup Camp, each paired with fun facts they’ve learned about these incredible insects.

Get ready to get a little muddy with a splashing good time in the mud puddle – a chance to feel more grounded and connected to nature. (If you’re bringing little ones, be sure to pack a swimsuit or a change of clothes and a towel!) We’ll have plenty of water, juice, and snacks to keep everyone refreshed as you explore and enjoy.

The fun doesn’t stop there – the kids will also perform a play using the puppets they made, bringing the story of Stone Soup to life! It’s the perfect way to enjoy a potluck meal, celebrate the season, and show appreciation for the small, often overlooked creatures that make our world so amazing. Don’t miss out on this unique, fun-filled celebration!
